As we began our 21 Day meditation experience – Desire and Destiny yesterday, we have launched on the purpose of this week to shift our perception by creating space to fee our true essence at a vibrant level.
Today, have you asked yourself “Who am I?” In yesterday’s meditation, we began by asking ourselves that question, and Deepak Chopra encourages us to ask ourselves that every day. According to Chopra, desire is seeds planted within to lead us to our divined passion and purpose – destiny.
As we finished out first meditation experience yesterday, we were asked to release the Mantra and carry with us the centering thought throughout the day and to envision ourselves as the divine being that we are. He left us with a and ancient teaching:
“You are what your deepest desire is. As is your desire, so is your intention. As is your intention, so is your will. As is your will, so is your deed. As is your destiny, so is your destiny.”
Today we tap into the powerful law of karma as an instrument for unlocking our potential. Karma is a tool to create abundance in the form of what you put out in the world will always come back to you. You have a choice of what you put out in the world when you are more present, which is what this experience is helping us do. Let’s meditate on more empowerment through choice.
Day 2 – Empowered Me

he does to himself.” ― Native American Proverb

Message of the Day
In today’s meditation, we explore the concept of Karma, the ebb and flow of energy in our lives. We discover that with awareness, we have the opportunity to mindfully harness this natural current to create a life where our dreams and desires open with effortless ease.
So often we hear about good Karma and bad Karma, but in reality, Karma is simply a reciprocal exchange – what we give, we receive in kind. Through meditation, we connect more deeply with the present, increase our awareness of “what is,” and emerge from the silence with a sense of balance and a desire to make right, conscious choices in our lives. In this way, we begin to recognize our own undeniable role in creating the story of our lives and start to make choices that are most nurturing for ourselves and everyone around us.
Reflect in Journal Questions:
- As you give, so you receive. What ripple do you want to create in the world today? It could be as simple as creating a ripple of joy by sharing a smile, or a ripple of gratitude with a heartfelt “thank you.”
- Cultivating equanimity in your life is a powerful tool. What are the activities that bring you a sense of inner peace and balance? Reflect and write down whatever comes to you without effort or judgment. Along with current activities, include activities you have done in the past and some that you believe will nourish you in the future that you may not have tried yet. Consider scheduling one of those activities each day this week.
- What are you grateful for today?
- Reflect further on your experience today.
