Before we dive into today’s meditation, I thought I would discuss the value of meditation itself. One of the most powerful things about meditation is that you can visualize, and this can help you take` leaps towards the life that you desire. Before this 21 Day Meditation Experience launched, we were sent a free e-booklet entitled Roadmap to Purpose, Desire, and Destiny. I’m going to give a synopsis of a meditation activity from it. One of the most powerful things you can do is visualize what you want to manifest. In that visualization, you must feel that you already have what you want. Try this exercise: Take a few deep breaths and start with the end in mind. Begin imagining the highest possible outcome for a given area of your life – relationship, finance, career, whatever you want. Next imagine a goal that would give you the outcome. Imagine what life would look like once you have completed the goal. Step out from the image and float over it and to see what it looks and feels like. Float out to the future, once you feel complete, return and keeping your eyes closed, consider one action step you will take this week to move closer to your goal. Take a few deep breaths to ground yourself before opening your eyes.
Well, I guess you will now have two meditation exercises for today…. if you want to. For Day 3 of Desire and Destiny we learn to be confident that our desires and destiny will come to us naturally and effortlessly. Just as natural cycles of life occur every day – the stars shine every night and the sun rises every day – it is human nature for dreams to manifest into physical form easily. In divine order, life unfolds with effortless ease when we connect with universal energy.

Message of the Day
The Spiritual Law of Least Effort tells us that we can do less and accomplish more, an idea that seems at odds with what many of us have been taught throughout our lives. We’ve been told that success is the result of hard work, struggle, and sacrifice. In today’s meditation, we tap into the ever-present flow of natural ease that is available within, as we plant the seeds to live our destiny each and every day.
The universe has infinite organizing power, and as conscious beings, we have ready access to this realm simply by spending time in stillness and silence. The same consciousness that orchestrates the myriad rhythms of the whole world dwells within each of us. As we cultivate present moment awareness and remain open to the many opportunities life offers, we open to the power within us to realize all our dreams with effortless ease.
Reflect in Journal Questions:
- Make a list of the areas in your life that feel like a struggle. Use this writing time to let it all out; write until you feel complete. After journaling, take a moment to feel all of the sensations in your body, mind, and heart associated with your writing. Take a deep breath in, using your breath to send gentle love and light to any place within that feels tense, uneasy, heavy, or conflicted. Visualize all feelings of struggle being released as you exhale.
- Reflecting on your answers to Question 1, briefly describe how some or all of your perceived struggles might be blocking abundance in your life. Now, take time to write how you can reframe your reaction to perceived struggle. Is there an action or actions that will provide a sense of relief? For example, if you’re struggling with something in a relationship, would it help to have a heartfelt talk with that person?
- What are you grateful for today?
- Reflect further on your experience today.
