Sat Chit Ananda (reality of our true self)

Sat means “absolute existence” or “truth.” Chit is the principle of knowing, of being conscious or aware. Ananda indicates the quality of joy, fulfillment, and love in its transcendent form. Together, Sat Chit Ananda describe the full reality of our true self, who we really are.

Message of the Day

Today we explore more thoroughly the nature of the present moment. As we look more closely into our understanding of time, we see that our experience in the now doesn’t age. Whatever we experience in the present, that experience itself cannot get older. It is not part of the passage of time. Time is a mental concept, not an actual experience. All experience happens in ever-present awareness.

In today’s meditation, we learn that when we shift our awareness to the present, life flows effortlessly.
