Entertainment is a very big part of my life. As a teen any free time I would get during vacations would be committed to catching up on movies and watching classic movie channels. This is so bad….but I would binge watch TV from morning to night until I was too sleepy to watch anymore. I kind of did the same thing with novels I read as a teen as well, but that is another story for another time.
As my love for movies is a significant part of my life and I believe food also has a part in every part of my life, it is time for movies and food to come together here with A Fork & A Flick Friday. Have you noticed how many movies are out there where someone makes some awesome dish or drink or dines on something fabulous? I thought I would try to hunt those recipes or restaurants down. Fridays are generally movie nights for my family, so the first Friday of each month I will bring you a dish from a movie that we are going to watch that evening. Obviously the films will be oldies, but goodies that we love watching over and over again. I think it will be fun to “munch while we watch what we munch on!”
