Jesse Morgan has made it easier for us to follow this program by providing us with breakfast, lunch and dinner recipes for each of the three phases designed by Haylie Pomroy to last us for 7 days.
So, if you are ever short on good recipes to use with Haylie Pomroy’s Fast Metabolism Diet, Jesse Morgan’s The Fast Metabolism Diet: 7 Day Meal Plan is a wonderful companion book to turn to. I love that all the lunch recipes are designed for people on the go and require no heating. You can simply prepare, package, refrigerate, and take with you when you need to. The recipes are quite simple and nothing out of the ordinary, but that’s what makes them easily applicable daily. The book also provides conveniently organized lists of all the needed ingredients for a 7-day grocery list.
