Your Path to Wholeness: Bonus Day 22 of Become What You Believe – 21 Day Meditation Experience with Oprah and Deepak Chopra

We have arrived at the finale of the Become What You Believe experience and it has been a pleasure. We have shared a wonderful journey to the innate truth. We are all made from the same light – the big bang – and we all have the light within us.

As we meditated for the past 21 days we have shined together as one – a collective energy towards what we want. The world has been changed many times through the power of belief and we are part of that today.

Today’s Message of the Day:

“Welcome to the bonus day of our 21-Day Meditation Experience. Today, we offer a special guided meditation on wholeness. In spiritual terms, wholeness is the ever-present, unlimited awareness that is our true nature. It is not comprised of the thoughts, feelings, images, and experiences of our self. Rather, wholeness is the singular reality out of which all these are comprised. All our experiences are modifications or modulations of our awareness. The recognition that wholeness of consciousness is our true nature is our highest fulfillment.”

The CENTERING THOUGHT for today’s meditation experience was:

“My highest fulfillment is in becoming whole.”

The SANSKRIT MANTRA used in the meditation:

Aham Brahmasmi

(The true nature of my Self is the wholeness of the universe.)

This mantra affirms that your true self is universal consciousness.

Today’s four journal prompts were:

  1. Write down the one primary focus of your personal path to wholeness, such as unconditional love, seeking the truth, answering “Who am I?” or reaching a higher state of consciousness.
  2. Write down three things you can do today to share your light with those near and dear to you.
  3. In today’s first journal question, you wrote about your primary focus on your path to wholeness. Now, list at least three ways you can bring this focus into your daily life even more.
  4. Use this space to reflect further on your experience today.
